1. Revise your Vendor Recommendations. Does the list include any BIPOC owned businesses? Whichever your answer is, take a look at the talented folks we highlighted below and identify local vendors that you can add to your list. 

2. It’s common practice for photographers and videographers, to refer clients to fellow colleagues when they’re already booked for a certain date. If you have a Referrals list, review it. Do you recommend both, white and BIPOC owned vendors? If not, or if you think you could do better - check the list below.
