Squaremuse Products License Use

Our License Use has been last updated on 09 July 2021. These License Use covers your use of Squaremuse design products: design kits, pricing kits and custom elements (collectively, the "Products") provided by Squaremuse, a brand under registered business name Pixieset Media Inc (“Squaremuse”). Our  Terms of Use explain general Terms and Conditions of usage, and our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect and how it’s used and shared.

 

OVERVIEW

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Squaremuse. The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to customers of Squaremuse Products.

Squaremuse provides design products (Design Kits, Custom Elements, Pricing Kits) for Squarespace site users,  which are digital design products.

Design and Pricing Kits License Use

All design and pricing kits are subject to one site license.

You may not:

  • Sell or redistribute any design/pricing kits or design/pricing kit’s code;

  • Claim ownership of any design or/and pricing kits;

  • Copy and offer any designs or/and code on a similar service.

Custom elements License use

All custom elements come with unlimited license for personal site usage, which means you can use a custom element an unlimited amount of times on your personal Squarespace site.

For commercial use, one site license usage applies to each custom element’s purchase.

You may not:

  • Sell or redistribute any custom elements;

  • Claim ownership of any custom elements;

  • Copy and offer any custom elements on a similar service.

Custom Elements Bundles License Use

Each custom element from the bundle comes with unlimited license for personal site usage, which means you can use each custom element from the bundle an unlimited amount of times on your personal Squarespace site.

For commercial use, different custom elements in the bundle can be used on different websites, as long as one site license usage applies to every custom element in the bundle.

You may not:

  • Sell or redistribute any custom elements;

  • Claim ownership of any custom elements;

  • Copy and offer any custom elements on a similar service.
