Our Paid Support Packages are provided to any Squaremuse user who requires help with implementing updates and enhancements to their site*, or when these requests exceed the free support on our products.

*Before purchasing a support package make sure to confirm with our team the costs for your request, and what packages you need to purchase.
This package covers minor adjustments requests that don’t take more than half an hour, ie. tweaking Site Styles, changing the color of elements from the CSS code or correcting slugs/page IDs.
This package would cover requests for simple CSS code to be written, implementation of Squaremuse Custom Elements, assistance with design kit that is within one hour of implementation.
This package covers requests for CSS code that requires over 1 hour of writing, multiple design polishing requests, one page of content population or one page editing, and other.
This includes more complex requests, including CSS code writing (over 3 hours), content migration, cleaning and reviewing permalinks, implementation & personalization of a Custom Element.
Squaremuse team has the right to refuse support if requests are related to Squarespace issues, and not to Squaremuse products. For platform issues please create a ticket with Squarespace.
Some support requests can be outside of the packages above and may require a custom quote. Before purchasing a support package make sure to confirm with our team the costs for your request, and what packages you need to purchase.
All requests will be made through our support email. You will be allowed to two rounds of feedback or/and alterations upon your request completion. If exceeded you might be quoted for additional support time.
Packages are based on paid support that is confirmed beforehand between a client and Squaremuse team. You will need to invite our support team (support@squaremuse.com) as contributor with admin role to your site. There are no refunds provided.
